Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group, a Clovis based engineering firm, announced an expansion of its electrical engineering services with the acquisition of Pezzoni Engineering of Modesto.

The acquisition of Pezzoni Engineering expands Provost & Pritchard ability to serve clients throughout California and support projects that require integrated civil, environmental and electrical design services, according to a news release.

Provost & Pritchard specializes in civil and agricultural engineering, environmental and land use planning, hydrogeology, and geology, surveying and construction management services in the areas of water resources, municipal infrastructure, agriculture, site development and environmental compliance.

“Kevin Pezzoni and the team have been providing quality electrical engineering services to a wide range of clients and projects for decades. We have had the opportunity to work closely with them for years and are thrilled to have them join our team to better meet our clients’ needs,” said Ronald J. Samuelian, president and CEO of Provost & Pritchard.

Pezzoni Engineering specializes in power distribution, automation controls, lighting design, information technology systems and communications systems. The firm provides a full range of electrical engineering services, including preliminary studies and design through construction administration throughout California.

They work closely with public agencies, municipalities and private clients to deliver practical, cost-effect electrical engineering solutions unique to each project’s needs, according to the release.

Pezzoni. “We felt that our business philosophy aligned, and there would be great synergy in merging with them.
