Fresno State Football fans traveling to watch the ‘Dogs take on the Washington State University Cougars in the Jimmy Kimmel L.A. Bowl this Sunday will have special deals awaiting them upon their arrival in SoCal.

From Saturday, Dec. 17 through Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2023, Bluewater Grill locations in Newport Beach, Redondo Beach, Santa Barbara, Temecula Wine Country and Avalon (Catalina Island) will offer specials to Fresno State students, players, alumni and fans visiting the area .

Fans hoping to take advantage of the specials must present a Fresno State logo or team name to their server prior to placing their order.

With any entree purchase of $25 or more, customers can choose either a free appetizer (value of up to $20) or free cup of New England or Manhattan clam chowder. 

Free appetizers will be limited to one per party. Clam chowder deals are not limited per party.

Customers may only take advantage of one deal per visit and the deals may not be combined or used with other Bluewater Grill promotions.

“Specializing in the freshest sustainable seafood, Bluewater Grill is a leading family of seafood restaurants since the first location opened in Newport Beach, Calif., in 1996,” according to a Bluewater news release.

Bluewater Grill offers more than 40 varieties of seafood and shellfish annually, with an outdoor patio and shellfish bar. Bluewater also features kid’s menus, a full bar and wine list and weekday happy hours, as well as monthly tasting events.

Happy hours at all Bluewater Grills in SoCal will be extended throughout the week of the College Football Playoff National Championship Game on Jan. 9, 2023.
