Mark L. Creede and Stan D. Blyth have partnered to create new Fresno-based law firm Creede-Blyth Law, providing litigation law services with more than 70 combined years of experience.
Creede-Blyth Law specializes in business and construction litigation. The firm also provides legal services for businesses, trusts, special education, general business and tax law.
“So far it’s going great,” said Creede. “We’re very happy. We’re busy and are enjoying the practice that we have.”
Creede and Blyth were both partners at the law firm Lang, Richert & Patch, which closed its doors on Nov. 11, 2023, after 60 years of business. The firm dealt with an array of areas of practice including bankruptcy, civil litigation, construction, corporate and business law, employment, estate planning & probate, personal injury, real estate and tax law.
After becoming a smaller firm in recent years, Lang, Richert & Patch shareholders decided to dissolve.
Creede-Blyth Law has four attorneys but is eager to grow in the coming years and continue providing excellent service to its clients, according to Creede.
