Valley Children’s Healthcare has been named to Becker’s Healthcare’s 2026 Top Places To Work in Healthcare, one of 165 organizations nationwide to be recognized for excellence in workplace culture, employee engagement and organizational values.
The list was developed through nominated and editorial research that evaluated organizations on a number of factors, ranging from workplace culture and benefits to professional development, diversity and inclusion and more.
Valley Children’s was recognized for its strong organizational values, community roots and culture shaped by over 70 years of pediatric medicine. The hospital has been named on the list five times.
“This recognition reflects something we work hard to protect every day – a culture where people feel valued, supported and connected to a shared purpose,” said Todd Suntrapak, president and CEO of Valley Children’s Healthcare. “Being named a Top Place to Work in Healthcare is a meaningful reflection of the dedication and heart our team brings to Valley Children’s every day.”
Suntrapak also recognized the talented doctors and staff it takes to serve the hospital’s patients.
The survey also highlighted the nearly 90% of hospital employees who expressed pride in working at Valley Children’s, as well as the hospital’s benefits and focus on education, equity and workforce development.
Valley Children’s Hospital has also recently received honors for patient safety and quality from The Leapfrog Group and U.S. News & World Report.
