Do you have a distaste for Valentine’s Day? Here are things to do in Fresno to make the day of love more bearable.

Press Box Sports Grill is calling all those who hate Valentine’s day for a special dinner.

“For all those who think Cupid is stupid, come join us at the Press Box for a special ‘I hate Valentine’s Day’ dinner,” the press release said.

People can treat themselves to a half-order of wings, a square shaped personal pizza and a climactic ending with a half helping of Press Box’s divine dessert, all for just $20.

The restaurants will be decorated in the ambiance of black balloons and dead roses.

“Who knows, maybe you will find true love while puckering up to any of our craft cocktails or frothy beers on tap,” they said.

It will be celebrated the entire day at any of the three locations – in Northeast Fresno, Clovis, and Northwest Fresno.

Fresno bully rescue is hosting a collaboration fundraiser with The Poop Fairies. The “Love Stinks Fundraiser” and “Sponsor a bag of Dog Poo” adds some humor for this Valentine’s Day. For only $5, people can sponsor a bag of poo and The Poop Fairies will put a name on it and send over a picture.

As a part of the fundraiser’s flier, people can sponsor a poop bag and they can put their ex-partners name on it.

This Friday, Fresno’s Parks, After School and Recreation Community Services is hosting a February teen night anti-Valentines Day party. Teens will be able to create fun unromantic crafts and enjoy games.

For Valentine’s Day lovers, there are also some things to enjoy.

Heart-shaped foods will be featured across Fresno. At Tioga Sequoia’s beer garden people can enjoy heart-shaped sushi from Grobak Sushi and cookies from Dads Cookies.

Crow and Wolf’s beer garden will have heart shaped taco boxes from Tacos La Vaporera and Thai food from Pen-Ta-Zapp.

DiCicco’s Italian restaurant in Old Town Clovis will have a “Valentine’s Day Mr. & Mrs. Standup Comedy Show” from 7-9 p.m.
