Robin and Brendan Kane, Northmarq’s Fresno multifamily investment sales team, successfully arranged the sale of The Lincoln multifamily community in Clovis for $3.25 million. The buyer was the David Hussain Trust.

The Lincoln apartments are located northeast of Fresno State off of Barstow Avenue. They were built in 1987 and offer 21 one- and two-bedroom units with floor plans ranging from 600 to 800 square feet.

Robin, Brendan’s father, described the sale as “unique” because Clovis properties are rarely offered for sale. 

“This one attracted quite a bit of interest,” said Robin, Northmarq’s director of multifamily investment sales in Fresno. “We ended up with a half-dozen offers and went through a couple of rounds of best and final.”

It is close to shopping centers including Sierra Vista Mall, Windmill Marketplace and Tuscan Plaza.

Apartment amenities include heating, showers, kitchens, ovens, ranges and refrigerators, while community amenities include a laundry service and a courtyard.
