Trumark Homes officially opened sales at its Copper River community in north Fresno on Nov. 14. The new community debuts the Ariette and Madison neighborhoods.

“We are thrilled to officially open our Copper River community and welcome homebuyers in to experience the beautifully designed model homes firsthand,” Josh Peterson, Central California division president at Trumark Homes, said in a news release. “Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to provide a blend of beauty, comfort, and functionality that residents can enjoy for years to come.”

It’s been about a year since Trumark Homes entered the market with the acquisition of Clovis-based Wathen Castanos Homes. Trumark is headquartered in San Ramon and is a division of Japan’s largest homebuilder.

The Ariette neighborhood features 180 single-family homes with four different floor plans ranging from 1,553 square feet to 2,072 square feet, three to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms and two-car garages. Prices for these homes start in the low $500,000s.

The Madison neighborhood offers fewer homes but a more expensive starting price in the mid $500,000s. Madison features 92 single-family homes with one and two-story floor plans. These homes include farmhouses, Spanish-style, and modern exteriors and are larger on average than Arriete homes, at 1,684 to 3,152 square feet.

Residents in this community will also have access to Copper River Country Club’s amenities. The news release states that residents are offered “a 25-meter heated swimming pool, world-class tennis facilities, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and the renowned Copper River Golf Course.”

“This community is truly a special place where families can thrive, with spacious floor plans, outdoor amenities, and a lifestyle centered around connection and recreation,” Peterson said.
