Trumark Homes announced Thursday plans for 272 single family homes to be built on the master planned community of Copper River Ranch in Fresno.

The homes are anticipated to arrive this spring, according to the Trumark Homes website. Copper River will include two new home collections, Ariette and Madison. The one- and two-story floor plans include modern, farmhouse and Spanish designs and will range from 1,163 to 3,152 square feet, with two to four bedrooms, one to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and one- and two-car garages. The community is expected to begin selling with prices anticipated to start in the mid $500,000s.

There has been a high demand for new homes in the Fresno market, and Copper River’s location is set to offer a mix of outdoor amenities and access to schools, retail and restaurants for individuals and families, according to a news release.

Trumark was formerly known as Wathen Castanos in the Central Valley.

The homes will offer the best in Central Valley living, said Josh Peterson, Central California division president at Trumark Homes.

Residents can also join the nearby Copper River Country Club with access to the Club’s many amenities, including a 25-meter heated swimming pool, world-class tennis facilities, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and the renowned Copper River Golf Course.

“We will continue to look for opportunities to strategically expand our portfolio while increasing the new home inventory to meet the demand from new homebuyers,” said Peterson “We look forward to creating exceptional new home communities throughout the Central Valley and providing a first-class experience for each and every homebuyer.”
