On a Roll Sushi Mexican Japanese Bar will celebrate its grand opening on March 22. On A Roll announced on Instagram that the grand opening will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony. 

The downtown Fresno sushi restaurant had a soft opening in November and has been open since then. On A Roll is now owned by TikTok star Itati Lopez, who has 13 million followers. It was closed for over a month prior to the soft opening.

\On a Roll now offers customers a modernized look with a new television and a newly installed bar for sports fans. The menu also has a new Mexican-style roll called Roll Sinaloa.

“We want customers to be able to watch soccer games or just come to sit down and eat,” Lopez said in an Instagram video in November.

According to the post, the grand opening will include live music, a photo booth, and other surprises in addition to the ribbon cutting. It will start at 3 p.m. and run until 7 p.m.
