The Red Room at Pardini’s is turning up the nostalgia factor with the latest additions to its craft cocktail menu.
The concoctions feature names calling back to the time of school sack lunches and breakfast cereal.
The Red Room’s Nostalgia Menu, unveiled earlier this month, features 11 new concoctions crafted by bartender Ryan Metcalf.
Selections include:
Capri Cooler — gin, fino sherry, dry vermouth, apricot, pineapple, sage and more — a “Pacific punch Capri Sun, for grownups”
Saturday Morning Cartoons — spiced rum blended scotch, creme de cacao, Averna, grated chocolate, Coco Puff milk
Nuka Cola — rum, Amaro Ciocar, amontillado sherry, Fernet Branca, mole & orange bitters, cola gummy
Orange Whip — orange blossom gin, Montenegro, orange liquor, Licor 43, chai, lemon, oat milk-clarified — a take on Orange Creamsicle
The Red Room will also showcase six musical guests through the end of the month, featuring the likes of DJ Mr. Leonard, Ashley Alyse and Tom Scott, Gentry/Lizama Organ & Drum Duo and the New Organ Trio.
The Red Room is open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., and most Fridays and Saturdays starting at 5 p.m. The Red Room will be closed for private events this Wednesday and Thursday, but will reopen on Friday at 5 p.m.
A private event is also scheduled on Saturday, Oct. 26, according to The Red Room website.
