Dallas-based homebuilder Landsea Homes Corp. is expanding its Central Valley presence with construction of 50 single-family homes in Patterson.

Blossom at Baldwin Ranch will feature detached homes with floor plans ranging from 1,766 to 2,449 square feet. Plans offer single or two-story options up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Prices are anticipated to start in the high $400,000s, according to a news release.

Homes come with Landsea Homes’ signature features including home automation with Apple HomeKit and a Reme Halo air purifier.

“We’re excited to see Blossom at Baldwin Ranch really come to life over the next several months. We experienced great success in Tracy, with our Ellis master-planned community that sold out last month. Homebuyers in the area are eager for more of our high-quality homes and one-of-kind communities,” said Josh Santos, Northern California Division President, Landsea Homes in a press release. “The demand for new homes is high in this region and we’re looking forward to providing more opportunities for residents to own and live in their element.”

Homes are currently selling at other Landsea Northern California communities, including Alameda Marina in Alameda, Verandah in Novato, and Lavender in Sunnyvale.
