Tachi Palace Casino Resort has announced the relaunch of its upscale restaurant, the Coyote Grille & Whiskey Den, offering a gourmet dining experience for seafood and steak enthusiasts.

Under the culinary leadership of Chef Cesar Venegas — who honed his skills on the Las Vegas Strip — the restaurant’s menu features standout dishes such as 1-pound lobster tails, tomahawk steaks and the chef’s signature cioppino.

Fridays feature a seafood buffet with lobster tails, crab legs and a wide array of shellfish, alongside carving stations serving premium meats, according to a news release.

“Our goal was to create a destination dining experience that blends gourmet cuisine with elevated beverage offerings,” said Jay Yates, food & beverage director of Tachi Palace Casino Resort. “We are confident guests will be thrilled with the transformation and look forward to serving them an unforgettable meal.”

The rebranding of Coyote Grille & Whiskey Den also includes an expanded whiskey selection, now featuring over 150 varieties. Guests can sample some of the most sought-after bourbons, Japanese whiskeys and rare tequilas, with the option to have their whiskey smoked for a unique experience.

Coyote Grille & Whiskey Den’s wine list also boasts acclaimed selections from Napa Valley.

The restaurant is open daily from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a seafood buffet every Friday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and weekend brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Walk-in diners are welcome based on availability with reservations encouraged to ensure seating. Reservations can be made by calling 559-925-2255.
