Stardom specializes in filling business office positions on a temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire basis. A standout service during this time of year is their temporary hires, which can supply the necessary personnel for short-term projects or to fill staffing gaps at the corporate office.
Stardom prides itself on its quick response time. Once a request is made online, specifying the position and type of hire needed, clients can expect a response within hours.
In 2023-2024, Stardom assisted a large Fresno-based food processing plant in filling 18 leadership positions. Within a 180-day period, qualified candidates were identified and hired to support the existing management during a period of rapid expansion.
Speed does not compromise quality at Stardom. According to Ramirez, the internal staff undergoes training with a CPA who has a “Big Four” accounting background (Ernst and Young) and also consults with a board of CFO’s within a strategic partnership agreement.
Candidates are matched to positions based on their skills and undergo a thorough screening process which can include: Background/Credit Screening, Assessments, Behavioral Interviewing, etc.
In addition to staffing, Stardom hires financial management consultants to provide triage services related to ERP Software Issues, Data Realization, and Process Improvement. These services enable companies to remain on the offense eliminating issues before they even arise. Most companies take advantage of this service when they are experiencing high turnover, unreliable financial data, and/or are experiencing growth that overwhelms even the best management team on a reoccurring basis. Knowing what to do is NOT easy, it requires 3rd party non-biased experts to help gain understanding.
Currently, Stardom offers its services within the Central California region. Ramirez, a Central California native, believes his local knowledge and experience make him well-suited to support your business in an impactful way.
“All of my employees and I are based here in Central California, between Tulare County and Fresno County, and we are committed to this geography,” Ramirez states.
Ramirez’s connections in the region provide additional benefits to clients, such as access to proven financial management consultants with local expertise. ALL of Stardom’s Consultants have the local “Know How,” Private Equity, M&A, and working with distressed companies in need of triage.
