The California High-Speed Rail Authority is hosting a free Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Workshop in Fresno Dec. 2.
The workshop gives small businesses a chance to learn about the high-speed rail project, meet prime contractors, network with state and local partners, hear about future contracting opportunities and speak one-on-one to agencies that certify small and disadvantaged businesses.
The event is being held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Fresno Downtown Business Hub at 1444 Fulton St. The first and last hour of the event are devoted to networking.
