San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes)  will celebrate the grand opening of its two newest neighborhoods, Blossom Hill and Somerset, on Oct. 25, bringing 351 new single-family homes to Sanger. 

The two communities are located at North and Bethel avenues and mark SJV Homes’ first venture into Sanger.

During the grand opening, the public is invited to tour six model homes. Guests can also enjoy lunch from Tacos Las Salsas, drinks from Jitter’s Coffee Truck and enter drawings for prizes, including a Blackstone grill, Alexa Show tablet, large-screen TV and gift cards.  

Exclusive buyer incentives will be available on initial homesites, with on-site lenders ready to assist, according to a news release.

“We are thrilled to introduce San Joaquin Valley Homes to Sanger with the debut of Blossom Hill and Somerset,” said Lana Fahoum, sales manager at SJV Homes in a news release. “This is a vibrant city with a strong sense of community, and our goal is to provide thoughtfully designed homes that give families room to grow, connect, and thrive.” 

Blossom Hill features 185 homes ranging from 1,494 to 2,290 square feet with two to five bedrooms. Somerset offers 166 homes from 1,735 to 2,855 square feet with three to five bedrooms and a community park. Both communities include kitchens with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and pantries.
