State Sen. Anna Caballero honored Riley’s Brewing Co. in Madera as the small business of the year for Senate District 12.

The veteran and family-owned and operated small business makes craft brew, hard sodas, seltzers as well as spirits. Founded in 2011, Riley’s also transitioned to manufacturing hand sanitizer during the pandemic.

The company offers employment and mentorship opportunities in its community and also supports causes and organizations such as local volunteer firefighters, girl’s sports teams, victims of human trafficking and more.

In June, Sen. Caballero personally visited Riley’s Brewing.

“I was able to visit Dan, his sons and staff in Madera and was so impressed with their values and work ethic,” Caballero said. “Congratulations, Riley’s Brewing Co., the recognition is well deserved!”
