Amend the Ordinance Code of Fresno County by amending Title 11, Chapter 11.24, sections 11.24.040, 11.24.050, 11.24.060, 11.24.070 and 11.24.080, which relate to and list the prima facie speed limits for certain highways (or roads) or portions thereof within the unincorporated area of the County of Fresno.
