NOTICE OF INVITATION
Notice is hereby given that Fresno Unified School District (DISTRICT) is soliciting Request for Qualifications for RFQ No. 23-53, Tree Services. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to prequalify contractors for Tree Services on an as-needed basis district wide. This contract will be for three (3) years with the option to renew for an additional two (2) one-year periods.
A Pre-conference regarding statement of qualifications submittal is scheduled Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 10:00 AM. The virtual Pre-conference will be hosted via Teams with options to join in online or over the phone. Instructions are posted on Procureware.
Statements of Qualifications will be received prior to 2:01 P.M. on April 14, 2023 on Procureware, the District’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home. Qualifications received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted. Facsimile (FAX), mailed or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted. Submissions will not be read out loud since based on qualification criteria which could result in multiple vendor awards.
Fresno Unified School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Firms or any combination thereof.
