PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF EXCESS PUBLIC STREET RIGHT OF WAY ON THE NORTHEAST SIDE OF NORTH WEBER AVENUE, NORTHWEST OF WEST HERNDON AVENUE
The Council of the City of Fresno, State of California, pursuant to the provisions of the Public Streets, Highways, and Service Easements Vacation Law, being Sections 8300-8363 of the California Streets and Highways Code, has adopted Resolution of Intention No. 1151-D to vacate a portion of excess public street right of way on the northeast side of North Weber Avenue, northwest of West Herndon Avenue.  
Resolution of Intention No. 1154-D sets the hour of 10:00 a.m. on January 11, 2024 in the Council Chambers in the Fresno City Hall, when all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation may appear before the Council and offer evidence in relation thereto. In general, the Work consists of construction of approximately 5 lineal feet of 6-inch PVC water main, 6,650 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC water main, 460 lineal feet of 10-inch PVC water main, 15 lineal feet of 12-inch PVC water main replacement, one-inch service connections, and abandonment of existing water mains as shown on the plans. The new water mains will connect to the existing water distribution system at multiple connection points as shown on the plans. Sealed bids will be received by the Pinedale County Water District prior to 2:00:00 p.m. (local time) on January 26, 2024 at the office of Pinedale County Water District, 480 W Birch Avenue, Pinedale, CA 93650, and following said deadline all bids will be publicly opened and read.  Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder, the name of the project and the statement “Do Not Open Until the Time of Bid Opening.” Bids received after said deadline will be returned unopened to the bidder. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 5, 2024 beginning at 10:00:00am (local time) beginning at the Pinedale County Water District office at 480 W Birch Ave, Pinedale, CA 93650.
