Hearing to consider an update of Fresno LAFCo Policies.
The Commission will consider the Municipal Service Review (“MSR”) recommendations and determinations. The Commission will consider adopting the MSR, with or without amendments, and take action pursuant to California Government Code secs. 56425 and 56430.
The draft MSR is available now for public review on the Fresno LAFCo website www.fresnolafco.org under “Documents under Public Review.”

NOTICE INVITING INTERESTED CONTRACTORS FOR THE 2022 CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING (CUPCCAA) PROGRAM INFORMAL BID LIST FOR STATE CENTER COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT
In accordance with the State of California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Commission (CUPCCAA), the District is inviting all licensed contractors to submit their company information for inclusion to the District’s Bidding Contractors List for construction projects under $200, 000. If you have submitted an application for your company in prior years you must resubmit a new application to be included on the 2022 list. Per California Public Contract Code 22032, any Public Works projects of two hundred thousand dollars ($200, 000) or less is subject to the Informal Bidding Procedures set forth by the State of California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Commission. Contractors that are interested in being on the Informal Bidding Contractors list are required to have a current license and are subject to verification through the Contractors State License Board. All trade categories are subject to Informal Bidding Procedures.
Licensed contractors interested in being placed on the District’s FY 2022-2023 Informal Bidding Contractors List must complete and submit an on-line application available through the District’s website at https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/51469/portal-home. Please note, contractors are required to have a current license and are subject to verification through the Contractors State License Board.
Additionally, pursuant to SB 854, no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid for a public works project or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) per California Labor Code section 1725.5.

MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
Notice is hereby given that the County of Fresno has prepared Initial Study Application (IS) No. 8152 pursuant to the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act for the following proposed project:
INITIAL STUDY APPLICATION NO. 8152 and UNCLASSIFIED CONDITIONALUSE PERMIT NO. 3725 filed by DANIEL MOSTO, proposing to allow a solid waste processing facility (reconditioning and refurbishing of bulk containers and drums) on a 2.16-acre parcel within the M-3 (Heavy Industrial) Zone District. The subject parcel is located on the south side of E. Jensen Ave., 190 feet east of S. Maple Ave., adjacent to the City of Fresno to the north (APNs: 487-070-45 & 46) (4646 E. Jensen Ave.) (Sup. Dist. 3). Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for Initial Study Application No. 8152 and take action on UNCLASSIFIED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3725.
(hereafter, the “Proposed Project”)
The County of Fresno has determined that it is appropriate to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Proposed Project. The purpose of this Notice is to (1) provide notice of the availability of IS Application No. 8152 and the draft Mitigated Negative Declaration and request written comments thereon; and (2) provide notice of the public hearing regarding the Proposed Project.
