NOTICE OF INVITATION

Notice is hereby given that Fresno Unified School District (DISTRICT) is soliciting Request for Proposals for RFP No. 22-26,  Comprehensive Sexual Health Education  Services. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive sexual health educators services.  These services include providing 5 lessons of the Positive Prevention Plus curriculum to 19 Middle Schools and 15 High schools. Contract term is for a 3-year period with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.

A MANDATORY Pre-proposal conference is scheduled Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at   9:00 AM. Vendors interested in responding to this RFP must attend in order to have their qualifications accepted as responsive.  The virtual Pre-Proposal conference will be hosted via SKYPE with options to join in online or over the phone.  Instructions are posted on Procureware.

Request for Proposals will be received prior to 2:01 P.M. on March  8, 2022 on Procureware, the District’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home. Proposals received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted.  Facsimile (FAX), mailed or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be read out loud since based on proposal criteria scoring.
