From prom and formal dresses to date night outfits, a women’s fashion store has relocated and expanded at Fresno’s Fashion Fair Mall.
Windsor women’s apparel has moved to the Outdoor Village of Fashion Fair. It was originally located between Bath & Body Works and the Apple Store. The new location outside is about 15% larger.
Windsor was founded in 1937 by two Iraqi immigrant brothers in the Zekaria family. They started the Los Angeles-based company as a store for women’s hosiery and lingerie. Only 20 years later, they started focusing on special occasion wear. By 2019, Windsor was celebrating 200 stores nationally.
The women’s apparel store is best known for its sparkling formal and prom dresses. It also carries sun dresses and date night wear, like bustiers and little black dresses, as well as shoes and accessories.
