Popular Valley catering group Pardini’s will be sporting a brand new look later this summer following renovations to its kitchen, lobby and event space.

The caterer, which temporarily closed its northwest Fresno venue for renovations earlier this year, upgraded several parts of the event center, including a new, modern-style bar. While the hall itself closed for renovations, Pardini’s continued to take and fulfill catering orders throughout the process.

Italian eatery Annex Kitchen continued to operate in the same complex as well.

Along with the remodel, Pardini’s will offer special event bundle packages with high-tech AV equipment and furnishings for various events that will be available to rent starting in June.

“We are extremely proud to be opening a beautiful, accessible, state-of-the-art event space where our community can gather and create memories with friends, family members, as well as accommodate businesses, and corporate events,” said Jeff Pardini, co-owner of Pardini’s, Inc.

Pardini said that the inspiration for the renovations was spurred after the event industry’s recovery from the pandemic.

“After the pandemic, and the hard hit the hospitality industry took, this grand re-opening this summer will be a huge milestone for us, as we continue to welcome guests in our modernized venue,” Pardini added.

Pardini’s was founded more than 60  years ago. Their banquet hall, located at 2257 W. Shaw Ave. features 10,000 square feet of space divided into three versatile rooms. They also feature an outdoor plaza, catering kitchen, restrooms and a large lobby space.
