Renaissance, a 278-unit apartment complex in northwest Fresno, has been sold.

Although a specific sales price was not disclosed, the transaction was reportedly in the “upper $20 million range,” according to Robin Kane of Berkadia Real Estate Advisors.

Kane, Gordon Larkin and Vince Norris of Berkadia represented both the Fresno buyer and San Diego-based seller in the transaction.

The deal is the second multimillion dollar apartment sale Berkadia has handled this month.

Earlier in September, Berkadia represented both buyer and seller in a $16.9 million transaction that saw the 252-unit Silver Lake apartment complex change hands.

“We’re keeping busy,” Kane said.
