The new 63-unit luxury apartment complex in north Fresno on Audubon Drive and Nees Avenue will officially be named The Hubert.
PACT Capital, an investment management firm, has provided the project’s funding — structured to offer flexibility and cost efficiency, they said in a news release.
“We are honored to be a part of bringing this new development to North Fresno, offering high-quality living spaces in a prime location,” said Tyler Shegerian, a co-founder of PACT Capital, in a news release. “With modern amenities and a focus on community, this iconic project aligns with our mission to contribute to the vitality of our local economy.”

The Hubert is located across the street from the Class-A River Bluff office complex and near the Park Place shopping center, which is anchored by GB3.
The development, which is scheduled to be completed in 2026, will include underground parking, an outdoor swimming pool, and a community barbecue area.
It was previously reported that The Hubert will expand the existing 262-unit Audubon Court apartments, which Fresno Supreme, Inc. is developing.
As to why it’s called The Hubert, the developer isn’t releasing much more information at this point, according to PACT Capital.
