Fresno’s popular country music event, Boots In The Park, returns May 11 to the Woodward Park Amphitheater. Country music star Sam Hunt is set to headline the night.
Jake Owen, Niko Moon, Dylan Marlowe, Presley Tennant and Luwiss Lux will also perform for the night of country music. The party returns to Fresno for the eighth year. Fans will also be able to enjoy line dancing, craft food from local vendors, mixologists whippin’ up cocktails, ice-cold beer and more.
Costa Mesa-based Activated Events puts on similar Boots in the Park events across the Southwest.
Promoters gave Fresno fans the first chance to lock in their spot at this year’s Boots In The Park by signing up with presale access for Jan.18 at 9 a.m.. The tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, Jan. 19 at 9 a.m.
Activated Events produces a wide range of events throughout California and Arizona including large scale country music festivals, electronic dance music festivals, alternative rock shows and the West Coast’s biggest outdoor movie series.
The city’s license agreement with Activated Events at Woodward Park through Oct. 31 has a rental fee for the venue and concessions of $30,000 per day for evens with up to 10,000 ticketed attendance. The fee is $50,000 per day for over 10,000 attendance.
