The first of what is slated to be five new locations of a New-York-style pizza franchise has found its first location.
Russo’s New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen is expected to open in Clovis at 1845 Herndon Ave. near Fowler Avenue later this year, according to a press release from the Houston-based company. Opening the five new restaurants are husband-and-wife team Don and Katharina Haines.
The restaurant features an open-kitchen concept, where guests can see the pizza being made. In addition to pizza, the menu includes other Italian dishes, including tortellinis, pastas, soups, salads and desserts.
