Leading U.S. homebuilder Lennar announced Tuesday the release of three new home communities in the Fresno area featuring starting price points in the mid $300,000s.
Lennar is marketing the developments in Fresno, Clovis and Shafter as “affordable” single-family homes. Shoppers are invited to tour the new plans online. Self-guided tours will be available in 2024.
Juniper Hills is located at Shields and Temperance avenues in Fresno. The 11.34-acre development has access to schools from the Clovis Unified School District and a neighborhood park.
Corinthalyn, located at Highland and Ashlan avenues in Clovis, is also within Clovis Unified. Prices there start in the high $300,000s.
Gossamer Grove just north of Bakersfield features 953 master-planned acres and up to 3,432 homes.
“We are delighted to bring affordable single-family homes that will fill the need for a lower priced, quality home in the market,” said Lennar Central Valley Division President Mike Miller in a press release. “This series of homes offers a great value in desirable locations that will appeal to Central California home shoppers.”
Floor plans include three to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lennar also has an “Everything Included” program with popular features at no additional cost. The program includes stainless steel kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, designer-selected cabinetry, curated interior touches and designer fixtures.
