Southeast Fresno’s dessert options are set to get sweeter as Crumbl Cookies prepares to open its doors at Clovis Avenue and Kings Canyon Road at 8 a.m. on Friday.

The new store at 570 S. Clovis Ave, Suite 102, will be Fresno’s second Crumbl store. A third store is located nearby in Clovis.

It’s located in the former Marisco’s Colima location.

Owners Oscar Iniguez Jr, Oscar Iniguez Sr., and Ricky and Diana De La Cruz partnered on the franchise, with Ricky seeing his dream of owning a business become a reality through the cookie store.

“We love Crumbl for the rotating menu, the customer experiences and the cookie quality,” Diana said. “We are so excited to serve the best cookies in the world to our neighbors of Fresno.”

The menu will include six of the store’s more than 275 weekly rotating flavors, including Crumbl’s specialty milk chocolate chip cookie. Other favorites offered throughout the year will include key lime pie, s’mores, peppermint bark and buttermilk pancake.

Weekly flavors are announced every week on Sunday at 5 p.m. on Crumbl’s social media accounts.

In addition to making the dreams of a new business owner come true, Crumbl Cookie will also create more than 60 employment opportunities in the Valley.

Hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays and weekdays and 8 a.m. to midnight on weekends.

“As local business owners, we are looking forward to sharing delicious cookies with our neighbors,” the ownership team said in a press release.

In addition to the grand opening Friday, all Crumbl locations that day are offering a special box of cookies for national Employee Appreciation Day. The limited time box of mini  milk chocolate chip cookies is a way to say
thank you to coworkers, employees and other team members.
