McCaffrey Homes is unveiling the Poppy collection at Tesoro Viejo this summer.

Madera’s Tesoro Viejo Development announced today that McCaffrey Homes is rolling out a new neighborhood with its Poppy collection.

It will be the first neighborhood in The Plaza Village across from the Town Center in the rapidly developing community just east of Highway 41 off of Avenue 15.

The Poppy collection will feature a mix of four new single and two-story floor plans, ranging from approximately 1,285 to 2,142 square feet and featuring up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms.  With anticipated pricing from $400,000s, the Poppy collection will be McCaffrey’s most affordable living option in the master-planned community, according to a news release.

The homes will be offered in three different architectural styles – Contemporary Cottage, Modern Farmhouse and Contemporary Ranch.  Each design features great room living with open kitchens and work islands and are low maintenance with included front yard maintenance. Poppy residents will enjoy amenities such as the Ranch House Clubhouse/Recreation Center, parks, trails and more.  This will be the fifth neighborhood of McCaffrey Homes in Tesoro Viejo, adding to the Savanna, Altura, Oaks and Ivy collections.
