Tesoro Viejo will see five new unique floor plans added to its master-planned community, courtesy of a partnership with the developer and Lennar, one of the nation’s most recognized homebuilders.

The partnership brings Lennar’s Choral Series – consisting of five unique floor plans ranging from approximately 1,856 to 3,278 square feet of space. The models vary in size and sport three to five bedrooms and two to three and one-half bathrooms, including fully equipped kitchens, spacious dining rooms, versatile living areas and covered patios.

Additionally, households in need of flexible space or multi-generational living options can find the Next Gen® suite offered in the Symphony plan. The option offers a “home within a home,” featuring a separate entrance, kitchenette, living space and a bedroom/multi-use room, as well as a bathroom.
