For the third year in a row, News Talk 580/105.9 KMJ’s Christina Musson has been named a recipient of the 2025 Gracie Award.

The award honors women shaping the cultural and entertainment landscape. Musson is co-host of KMJ’s Broeske & Musson Show.

Musson has been named a recipient of the award each of the last three years. Established in 1975, the Gracie Award was earned by Musson in the category of “Co-host (Talk/Personality) Small/Medium Market.”

“Once again, it’s an honor to be recognized by The Alliance for Women and Media. I’ll repeat what I said the first two years; this award wouldn’t be possible without my cohost John Broeske,” Musson said. “I love what I do and to have such an esteemed panel recognize that for a third time is a dream.”

The Alliance for Women in Media Foundation is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Gracie Awards this year. This year’s winners in categories from streaming and broadcasting include “Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Words,” Mayim Bialik, Kathy Bates, Keke Palmer and more. They will be honored at the Gracie Awards Gala on May 20 at the Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles, which will be hosted by actress, comedian, and podcaster, Fortune Feimster.

KMJ Program Director Blake Taylor added that Musson’s commitment and passion for her work is reflected in the on-air product and its “dominant ratings.”

“I could not be prouder of Christina and the contributions she makes to our industry,” said Cumulus Fresno Market Manager Patty Hixson. “She proves year in and out that she is simply one of the very best female broadcasters.”

The Broeske and Musson Show airs weekdays from 9 to 11 a.m. and can be heard on Newstalk 580, 105.9 KMJ and online at kmjnow.com
