De Young Properties will host the grand opening of its new model home center at De Young Sereno in the Creekside Village of Tesoro Viejo in Madera on Saturday, Jan. 25, at 10 a.m.
One of the highlights of the grand opening will be a “Sibling Showdown,” a competition between the third generation of the De Young family. They will each showcase their individually designed model homes.
The three competitors are Ashley De Young-Siebert and Brandon and Ryan De Young.
“We’ve had so much fun curating the look of these homes and bringing our unique designs to life, tailored to the specific needs of our envisioned homebuyers for the Sibling Showdown,” said Ryan, president of De Young Properties, in a news release. “We’re thrilled to invite the community to this unique grand opening event, see which design wins their hearts and showcase what life could be like at De Young Sereno in the award-winning Tesoro Viejo community.”
Visitors will be able to tour the homes, vote for their favorite design and enter a drawing to win prizes, which include a $500 VISA gift card for in-person voters. Those who vote online are eligible for a $150 VISA gift card.
The event will feature food, music and activities for children, as well as information sessions with a De Young mortgage loan officer. Interested attendees can learn more and join the interest list at tesoroviejo.com.
