Fresno-based Utility Trailer of California acquired Shehan Transport Refrigeration Inc. in Delhi in June to strengthen its regional parts support.
Shehan Transport will be converted to a Utility Trailer parts and service location to expand capacity and serve the Central Valley with greater speed, inventory, and responsiveness, according to a Utility Trailer news release.
The move is part of Utility Trailer’s ongoing investment in proximity-based service to ensure customers’ businesses are supported more efficiently and effectively.
“Our goal is simple: invest and dedicate energy to get closer to our customers’ business locations,” said Cory Pasek, president and CEO at Utility Trailer of California. “Proximity allows us to support their infrastructure in ways that matter with quicker access to parts, reduced downtime, and personalized service that reflects our commitment to operational excellence.”
The acquisition adds to Utility Trailer’s growing network, bolstering its reputation as a trusted partner in trailer sales, service, and parts distribution across the state, according to the release.
The company has facilities in Fresno, Lathrop, Fontana, and now Delhi.
