A national chain restaurant in Fresno will be celebrating its grand reopening next week.
The Sizzler at 3121 W Shaw Ave. in Fresno will be hosting a grand opening to celebrate its recent renovation on Dec. 7 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sizzler will welcome back guests to the newly upgraded location with performances by Edison High School’s marching band, choir and folkloric dance group, performances by Bullard High School’ mariachi grouop, face painting, merchandise giveaways and more.
The restaurant, which seats 206, was closed for a month, reported The Fresno Bee.
The Shaw location is the second to be redesigned as part of Sizzler’s full-scale restaurant renovation efforts, featuring a spacious, revamped dining room with a contemporary design that pays tribute to Sizzler’s California-born history.
The renovation also features remodeled booths, electronic menu boards, improved acoustics and an upgraded salad bar.
“We are so excited to welcome the Fresno community back to their local Sizzler” said Chris Perkins, president of Sizzler USA, “We hope that the love and care placed into the renovation process shines through as Fresno families return to make more memories at the newly updated restaurant”.
Sizzler was founded in Culver City in 1958 and has more than 80 locations in the Western U.S.
