Commercial interiors firm Tangram is celebrating two of its employees who were recently inducted into the Clovis Unified Athletic Hall of Fame.
Tristin Baxter and Erika (Tasier) Hargis, Tangram sales executives, were recognized as members of the 1997-2019 Clovis West girls swim and dive teams, who racked up 23 consecutive California interscholastic Federation (CIF) Central Section Championships, 77 individual CIF Central Section Champions and 85 All-Americans.
While the two did not swim together in high school, both contributed many gold medals for their individual and team swims, according to a Tangram news release.
An induction ceremony was hosted Oct. 29 to celebrate the newest hall of fame members, which also included Super Bowl champion Matt Giordano, pro soccer player Jaime Ramirez, basketball and softball standout Paige Bowie and Clovis Unified trailblazer Roger Oraze.
“Tangram prides itself on being an integral part of the Central Valley community and it is incredible to be sharing this huge honor with two of our very own,” stated Alyssa Armesto, general manager for Tangram Central Valley. “Tristin and Erika’s past accomplishments highlight a work ethic that continues to this day. Both women continue to be committed to and serve the community through their work with Tangram and beyond. Way to go ladies!”
