Fresno bank declares quarterly dividend

Central Valley Community Bank in Fresno announced it will pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of 6 cents per share.

The dividend is payable on May 20 to shareholders of record as of May 5.

Central Valley Community Bank, founded in 1979, operates 20 full-service offices in Central and Northern California.
