The Fresno area’s top commercial real estate brokers for 2017 have been named.

The CoStar Group, Inc., a commercial real estate information and marketing provider headquartered in Washington, D.C., has named its annual Power Broker Award winners in Fresno and other U.S. and Canadian cities based on the combined values of commercial real estate sales closed and lease agreements signed in which they were involved over the course of the year.

“In Fresno, 40 brokers have been recognized as the most active local dealmakers with this prestigious industry award,” states a CoStar press release.
