Visalia Chamber of Commerce Impact Leadership Conference

Justin Patton, International Speaker and Executive Coach will be the first keynote speaker at the first Annual Impact Leadership Conference, hosted by the Visalia Chamber of Commerce on March 21, 2019 at the Visalia Convention Center. Justin has traveled the globe working with top Fortune 500 organizations coached NCAA athletes and contestants in the Miss America/Miss USA organization, and is releasing his first leadership book Bold New You in January 2019.

The Impact Leadership Conference is designed to help leaders to think about how to be the “best” leader possible, break down limiting beliefs, and expand perspectives so they can build stronger trust and credibility within their organizations.  Justin Patton will kick off the conference with his session: “It Starts With You”. This interactive session allows leaders to explore 3 core energy levels, identify how they authentically show up most often, and outlines how they can strategically cultivate the type of leadership energy that will set their organization up for future success. Attendees will learn to hold themselves accountable, increase employee engagement and improve company culture.
