TESORO VIEJO TO HOST COMMUNITY OPEN HOUSE MARCH 25th CELEBRATING NATIONAL ‘COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR’ AWARD

Madera’s Honored Master-Planned Community Will Open Doors and Gather Hundreds for Public Event, Including Food, Entertainment, Giveaways, Tours

WHAT: Tesoro Viejo is celebrating its recent recognition as the nation’s Community of the Year, by the National Association of Home Builders, with a community-wide open house on Saturday, March 25 from 11am to 3pm. The event is open to the public and the media. The open house will include public tours of Tesoro Viejo’s 17 model homes by their three acclaimed homebuilders, as well as Hillside Elementary School, the private Ranch House Clubhouse, Camarena Health Center, and Madera County Fire Station.
