Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Session

Current state law requires all employers with five (5) or more employees (including those located out of state) to provide sexual harassment prevention training to all within six (6) months of hire or promotion and again every two years thereafter.  Management/supervisory staff are required to have two (hours) of training, and non-supervisory staff are required to have one (1) hour of training.  If your company has the need to comply with this bi-annual training requirement, then please feel free to register with FCEAC.  We  offer this training on an annual basis.

You need to consider those who have completed this training previously and are at the end of their 2 year period, plus all new hires and those employees who have been recently promoted, within your company.
