Kingsburg Swedish Festival May 18-19-20
Celebrate Kingsburg’s Scandinavian heritage at this year’s annual Swedish Festival. Fun, food, entertainment, and a grand parade in the quaint Swedish Village of downtown Kingsburg.
Thursday evening’s offering the traditional meal of Swedish yellow pea soup and Swedish Pancakes with a lingonberry topping. The Kingsburg Swedish Dancers will perform on the downtown stage and the new Queen will be crowned.
Friday in “Coffee Pot Park” will host more entertainment and a traditional Swedish smörgåsbord.
Food and specialty vendors will line the streets of downtown Kingsburg on Saturday and the Grand Parade begins at 10:30. Afternoon entertainment includes dancing and music. In the evening there will be carnival games and food trucks in Memorial Park with an ABBA tribute concert & sing along.
