Grief – What to know

Grief – “What To Know” is an hour and a half virtual class presented by Valley Caregiver Resource Center. Guest speaker Dr. Marcy Johnson will be talking about the many aspects of grief. Caregivers can face grief throughout their caregiving journey. Whether it is the loss of the relationship you had with your loved one before the illness, the fear of the grief process in the future, or the loss of independence and freedom, you will have to process grief within your journey of caregiving.
