This workshop focuses on helping Family Caregivers identify the different aspects of caregiving that are likely to trigger strong emotional reactions like anger and frustration. Providing care for a loved one may be one of the most challenging experiences for Family Caregivers. With those challenges come emotions, both pleasant and unpleasant. Being aware of your danger signals will help you cope and take control. Find support as you are. Remembering, you are not alone!
