Advance Planning Workshop for Family Caregivers

This workshop will educate FamilyCare givers about legal issues commonly faced during caregiving and provide resources to help with long-term care
planning.

After the workshop, Central California Legal Services, Inc. (CCLS) will host a free clinic to complete and notarize Financial Power of Attorney and Advance Healthcare Directive documents (subject to program eligibility requirements).
