After spending a few years across the street at The Row, Enzo’s Table, the popular Clovis-based store, has returned to its longtime location on the southeast corner of Shepherd and Willow avenues at The Avenue at Heritage Row, opening last week with a new look.
Enzo’s Table is owned by the Ricchiuti family, who also serve as managing partners for Heritage Development Company, the developer of both The Row and The Avenue. It is the first location to open at The Avenue.
Spanning across 4.8 acres of retail area, according to Yamabe and Horn Engineering, The Avenue consists of two single-story structures and one two-story building with outdoor common areas including patios and fireplaces. There is a total of 168 parking stalls.
According to Newmark Pearson, the development will include 200 luxury multi-family units. The total building has a square footage of 25,676.
Despite being in the midst of a short move, Enzo’s Table remained open for customers at its Row location.
In addition to Enzo’s Table’s usual variety of snacks and olive oils, the reopened location will also include il Caffè, a cafe inside the store. il Caffè will begin serving beverages next week and start selling food in mid-November.
In an August Facebook post, Enzo’s Table described the atmosphere il Caffè will hope to create as “a charming cafe classically designed and appointed to be a welcoming destination where friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues can gather to pause, connect, and savor. Drawing from our Italian heritage, our family hopes Il Caffè at ENZO’S TABLE carries on the wonderful tradition of being a place where special occasions are celebrated and lasting memories are made.”
Enzo’s Table also has a bakery in Clovis, a facility in Madera where its olive oil is produced and Firewood & Food Trucks, which is open Thursday through Saturday a block west on Shepherd Avenue.
The Avenue will have office buildings and restaurants, such as Willow Osteria, which is expected to open this fall.
