ENZO Olive Oil Co., an organic extra virgin olive oil and organic balsamic vinegar maker in Clovis, recently won “Best of Class” at the 2026 Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition.
It took the prize home for its Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil—Delicate.
The company took home several medals, including Gold for its Organic Fresno Chili Crush Olive Oil—marking another achievement for the family-run farm.
They also took the bronze medal for a Meyer lemon and infused garlic oil, among other bronze awards.
The Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition is one of the world’s most prestigious olive oil competitions and draws hundreds of producers globally.
The oils are judged by experts on aroma, flavor, balance, and complexity, making the awards a mark of quality.
According to a news release, the Best of Class win marks one of ENZO Olive Oil’s most notable achievements to date, highlighting the farm’s growth and impact in the premium olive oil market.
Lindsay-based Olivaia’s OLA also took home awards, winning Gold in the medium category for its Block X Heirloom and Super Blend oils.
ENZO Olive Oil is founded and operated by the fourth-generation Ricchiuti family of the San Joaquin Central Valley. The olive growing operation and mill are in Madera County.
Vincent Ricchiuti is the director of operations for P-R Farms, the family company, and for Enzo’s Olive Oil.
They produce estate-grown, certified organic olive oils, balsamic vinegars, pestos, jams and more.
Their oils have gained widespread recognition, including several awards and praise from celebrity chefs worldwide.
