An architecture and engineering firm with a presence in the Central Valley has been acquired.

E.A Bonelli, a leading firm in the master planning and design of processing plants, cold storage warehouses and distribution facilities for the dairy, food and beverage industries, has been acquired by Stratus Team, a Florida-based global, multi-disciplinary engineering, architecture and interior design firm.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Local clients in the dairy, food and beverage industries will benefit from the acquisition with E.A. Bonelli’s specialized facility expertise supported by a larger, integrated engineering, architecture and consulting platform, according to a news release.

E.A. Bonelli has a Fresno office on West Shaw Avenue. Its headquarters is moving from Oakland to Concord, reflecting the firm’s continued growth within the Stratus platform, according to the release.

“E.A. Bonelli’s reputation for excellence, client service, and innovation aligns with Stratus’ values,” said Brandon Enochs, CEO of Stratus. “We believe their experience in processing plant design and logistics enhances our capabilities and supports our long-term goal of building a comprehensive, integrated platform for industrial and process design.”
