After the success of last year’s first event, founder and CEO of RPM PR and Mumzie Media, Rae Pardini Matson is looking forward to putting on her second “Mom’s Time Out” event — an evening for local moms to recharge, let loose and connect with other women who understand the “beautiful chaos” that is motherhood.
On May 7 from 6 to 11 p.m., moms from around the Valley will have the opportunity to gather at Evanelle Vineyards to enjoy an upbeat evening with an open bar, food, dancing and more. With a nod to the event’s “Western Chic” theme, this year’s Mom’s Time Out will also feature best-selling author, country music artist and entrepreneur Jessie James Decker, sharing her experiences and taking questions from guests.
“Having someone like Jessie headline Mom’s Time Out is a testament to the kind of talent we can bring to the Valley,” Pardini Matson wrote in a news release. “She’s built an empire while keeping it real about motherhood, marriage, and business, and we can’t wait for our guests to experience that energy firsthand.”
Founded by Pardini Matson, Mumzie Media is a modern lifestyle media company that produces the “Coffee Monday Podcast” and organizes the “Mom’s Time Out” event.
Tickets to the event start at $299, and the proceeds will support the Marjaree Mason Center.
Guests will also be able to spruce up their look, featuring hair styling by La Dama Salon, custom pink lip color matching courtesy of Bare Skin Beauty, a scarf styling session with The Wardrobe Department and more, including custom hat making, teeth gems and grills, B12 shots, and a “Dirty Diet Coke bar.”

Bringing in the big name
Pardini Matson hopes that through Mumzie Media, she can continue to draw top names to the Central Valley for events like Mom’s Time Out.
“Too often, major events and celebrity experiences happen in L.A. or the Bay Area — but Mom’s Time Out is proof that Fresno can be a destination for top-tier entertainment and experiences,” Pardini Matson said.
By curating events like Mom’s Time Out, Pardini Matson hopes to not only create a space for women to enjoy, but also elevate the local event scene, attracting brands, talent and media.
Pardini Matson said having a celebrity like Decker is a testament to the type of talent that can be brought to the Valley.
“With over 4.3 million Instagram followers, multiple best-selling books, chart-topping country albums, and successful brands like Kittenish and Just Feed Me, Jessie’s influence is undeniable,” Pardini Matson added. “She’s built an empire while keeping it real about motherhood, marriage, and business, and we can’t wait for our guests to experience that energy firsthand.”
