Tuesday, recruiters and department leaders from Community Health System will host a career fair from 5 to 8 p.m. at River Park, hoping to fill much-needed positions at one of the state’s top-10 employers and largest health care system in the Valley.
The career fair will feature booths and tables to provide interested candidates with career information and opportunities. Guests will be offered light snacks and refreshments and a kids’ activity station for attending applicants’ children.
In addition to career advancement opportunities, applicants who speak with a nero leader during the event will be entered for a chance to win a two-night getaway, valued up to $2,000.
Those interested in registering for the event can do so at the provider’s website.
The health care provider has participated in nine River Park Farmers Market Career Fairs which have served as conductive platforms for connecting interested applicants in their pursuit of careers in nursing, patient care tech, monitor tech, rehab, security and other fields on display at the career fairs.
Some roles may be eligible for sign-on bonuses of up to $10,000.
“We know that our ability to provide the highest level of care begins with our incredible staff,” a news release reads. “Outside of base compensation, we provide overtime after 8 hours, night and weekend pay differentials.”
In addition to compensation benefits, employees are also eligible for free on-site gym and personal training classes, retirement plans with up to 8% matching contributions, free parking, including electric vehicle parking and more.
